I purchased Bronze Package but forum says I don't have perm

When I checked out I got an error on Paypal saying the payment had already been processed and the screen just sat there. This happened within the last two days with other scripts using Paypal but the other two shops updated with a paid subscription.

The transaction id is: Transaction ID: 3F303657R6020404D

Can you logout and in on the main site?

This should trigger the system to upgrade you.
