I can not enter my user account

I just created a new account with a new username and password that the system will not let me get into my old account ..

Please can you help me? My previous user was "ubeda" and my very limited English. I have to use Google Translate.

Thank you very much.

Finally this morning changing the browser cache cleaning and have requested a new password and I could just go with this identification was that of my previous user
