I installed Jevents on Joomla 3.8.11. I only have configuration under Components => Jevents.

I cannot find anywhere to create an event and is screaming for a access code which I cannot find anywhere on this site.

This is really frustrating.

Hello,

JEvents follows the standard Joomla! Creation. Are you new to Joomla!?

Go to:

Components -> JEvents -> Managed Events -> New (Top right).

To see them in the frontend go to:

Menus -> Menu -> New -> Select Menu Item type -> Select a JEvents one

I have around 8 years of experience with Joomla.

There are no submeni's under Components -> JEvents as you can see in the screenshot.

Hello,

Do you see the notice:

Please check configuration and save in order to use JEvents.

In your screenshot? So if you click 'Save' you will be taken to the dashboard of JEvents.
