I have an existing registration setup that uses a piece of javascript {JQuery autocomplete} to allow the user to start to type in the name of an organization and it will look up and start filling in the field from a set of about 80 items. Is there any way to incorporate such functionality into the fields within an RSVP Pro template?
Alternatively, would there be a way to link an external file of these organizations organized into groups, possibly by state or by, for example, radius around a zipcode, to narrow down the list of choices?

Geraint pointed out very well that Bootstrap Choosen will do this. You just need to add it to your site and it will automatically handle it.

Can you tell me how you would make Chosen work with the RSVP Pro fields? I'm not following how it is supposed to work with your field code? Can this approach be used to allow multiple selections in one of your pull-down select fields?
I'm also seeing some odd online chatter about problems with Chosen on the latest Joomla and issues with mobile devices. Do you have any other solutions to deal with these longer lists of select items?
