Hi,
In the GDPR new european legislation context we will have to conform to this and in addition to personal identifiation data, we also have to inform regarding the cookies usage.
Could you please give us information about the cookies used by your extensions and what they are used for ?

Extensions used :

JEvents and associated modules and plugins
JEvents Locations and associated modules and plugins
JEvents RSVP Pro and associated modules and plugins

This is very important for us as we are obliged to inform our users about that.
Thanks in advance

Sorry for the delay in responding - I was at the Joomla World Conference over the weekend and took a couple of days holiday at the end,

JEvents and its addons do not create any additional cookies beyond those created by Joomla in managing sessions (visitor processs).

The types of things that we use the session manager for is to track search values/filters from page to page (i.e. context sensitive navigation), identifying the logged in user in order to associate their attendance data in RSVP Pro or to assess their permission to manage/access events.

JEvents Club members can get priority forum support at the Support Forum. As well as access to a variety of custom JEvents addons and benefits. Join the JEvents club today!
