Full Calendar not moving to the next month

Full Calendar not moving to the next month ..right now it is still on October and not advancing to November automatically ...probably missed something in configuration.
Please Disregard - It is bad when you have two admins on the site.

Check timezone configuration - checked configuration of JEvents - Checked date\time on server

What would cause the month to not automatically advance to November in Calendar View.
