Hi, I'm looking for a new component to replace one we have on our Joomla 2.5x site. We are migrating to Joomla 3.x in the near future and need an Event component that is compatible.

We're looking for a component that will allow registration to our yearly event. Maybe you can let us know if these functions are included in the package for JEvents:

- allows registration for events without creating an account
- time displayed in 12-hour format
- has a unique code for each ticket
- can automatically email tickets to users
- tickets are customizable
- customizable fields for registration page
- can export CSV files of attendees (do you have any examples?)

I think that is all for now. Can JEvents do this? Thanks!

When exporting a Microsoft Excel file, it is important it can easily be sortable by (First Name, Last Name, Address, Zip Code, State, etc). Can this generate a list like this?

The export includes the name in a single cell by default though you could always ask the attendee to specify the 2 parts of the name separately.

I would recommend you join the club and try it out - if it doesn't do what you need then you can request a refund after a couple of weeks. Its quite likely we can sort out any issues you may have.
