After update of Jevents i do not see anymore in admin backend Custom Layouts (block 1 and block 2) for Float Theme. Where did they go? Is this a bug or the layout cannot be edited anymore from backend?

They should certainly be there. The JEvents update shouldn't effect it, can you make sure you are not filtering custom layouts by location for instance?
And also try re-installing the float theme.I did just release an update I hadn't done yet.
