Other reasons?

Php is now updated to version 7.0.8 and everything seems work fine.

I see no reason for this not to work. Do you still see:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class JFormFieldTextarea in /home/xxxx/http://xxxxx.fi/libraries/joomla/form/fields/textarea.php on line 167

error? Can you go to the Joomla! updater and re-install core files anyway.

Everything works fine now. Error disappeared when php was updated. Quite mystic anyway.
