That is not part of JEvents as standard.

It should be:

Location:
Contact:
Extra Information:

That will be why links are not working, someone has renamed it from Contact to Event-Link.

What are you expecting the Event-Link to do?

Hello Tony,

thank you. It seems that the change from Contact to Event-Link ist related to the german translation. I want to insert and link an URL. But it doesn't matter, if this field is only a text-field.

Hello Peter,

You can still use this field then.

If you inserted the link into that, then it will be output as text. But you can customise:

JEvents -> Custom Layouts -> Event Detail

And use the likes of:



<a href="/{{Contact:CONTACT}}" target="_blank">Click Here for the link</a>
