Event Edit produces a black popup screen

Jevents 3.4.7

Whenever I access an event the "pencil icon" is gray, "print" and "email" icons are purple. When I click on the edit icon, a black popup screen appears making editing impossible!! HELP:(

Please provide super user login details on reply in the Site Details tab and where on your site we can recreate the issue?
