I am getting the following error trying to access the event list in the back end:

Error 0 Invalid controller: name='icalevent', format=''

The site backend was working perfectly up until this morning, so no configuration changes at all. The only ither funky thing we saw was accessing the Article Manager where we are seeing "
Error 404 Category not found" but we are not sure if these two are related. Thank you!

I can't update Joomla at this time (too many bug issues with menus according to my developer) but I will try and update JEvents to that version. Have you seen this issue before? It is related to a break in the "Categories" table?

Not seen it before - you could try the 'rebuild' button on the categories page

We are having this issue again. Last time, we had to restore from a backup because we were unable to fix the problem or determine what was causing it. This time, we did the rebuild on the Event Categories and that did not fix the problem. We are at a loss because this issue also effects our article manager (causing a 404 error). Can you please help us? We pay for using this component... and could use your support on this.

This could be down to Joomla! 3.3.6 can you please update to 3.4.3 and let u know if you still have it?

404 errors, are usually caused to an SEF settings and not renaming your htaccess.txt to .htaccess as per the Joomla! documentation.

Sorry which component do you pay for? I can't see any subscription on your account. But are more than willing to try and help where we can.

Thanks
Tony
