Please set error reporting to none as it is a live site. It is resolved in the next release.

i moved to 3.8 and got another error

Notice: Undefined variable: cal_day in /var/www/clients/client2/web2/web/alvearium3/modules/mod_jevents_cal/tmpl/default/calendar.php on line 305

which error reporting should be switched off, in Joomla itself or in the Event tool?

Please see Joomla! Error reporting to simple or none. This is fixed for the next release of JEvents.
