Edit Event Page - How to add Save, Close & Cancel to bottom of form

Is it possible to have the toolbar buttons Save & Close, and Cancel duplicated at the bottom of the form? This is especially important for mobile devices.

Actually in the JEvents Configuration under Event Editing you can set it there, it's called:

Toolbar position
