My client has some of her programs offered directly where the shopper can go to detail page, book and pay for a program.

She also offers other programs in partnership with the local municipality where shoppers register on the municipality's website.

I want my detail pages to be able to show RSVP registration functions on all her classes, and show text and a link in classes where registration is managed by municipality.

For municipality classes, I turned Jevents RSVP registration off in the event. I experimented with the custom field conditional/boolean/radio functions, but that only shows/hides in the backed. How do I get elements to show/hide in the frontend?

Any suggestions on how to do that?
Thanks for your reply, I managed to get what I needed by creating a "manual" payment method which redirects to an editable page where I can add my course code and link to institution that takes payment. Works great.

Hello,

If you use the CustomFields plugin you could:

1. Add a url field and when filled out set it to auto-redirect to the url on trying to load the event details
2. Adjust the custom field to show a value in the frontend. Then which there is no value it won't output anything,.

Many thanks

Hey Tony, thanks for your response, I tried it and it didn't really work.

I need to be able to register some users with a paid transaction and others with just a name and phone number and a redirect to another organizations payment site.

Redirecting before the detail page doesn't help as theres no way to see the class info. What about a registration success page? Does Jevents RSVP have the ability to redirect to a success page?
