Demo for non-logged in registration RSVP-Pro?

We're interested in doing events registration on our Jevents calendar. From reading the specifications, it sounds like we would need RSVP-Pro to accomplish what we want? I work for a public library so the registrations would strictly be coming from non-logged in users on the Joomla site ... basically random people coming on and signing up with just their name/email/phone etc. I realise I could make them sign up for an account on the Joomla site as a guest but I'd rather not do that. We never take any payment for the registrations but the anonymous part of this makes it sound like I need RSVP-Pro and not Simple Events Registration.

My employer would like to see a demonstration of what this would look like with RSVP-Pro, but I don't see any way to achieve this on the demo pages listed on RSVP-Pro. Thanks.
