I have gone through all the written thread in the given doc.

I have temporarily fixed my issue by manually adding following code in the custom layout.

{{Tab Start:TABSTART#Add Tickets}}



{{JTicketing Tab:ADD_TICKET}}

How can I fix this permanently?

I read the "This feature is quickly described here but will require fuller documentation which will be available soon.
Edit the layout page to move the avilable fields around - at present there is no input/select fields tool available (we are working on this!) but the default layout shows most of the fields that are available to you.".

Is there any timeline for this?

So what is the problem now exactly? IF you have added the text as per the doc and have it displayed what is wrong?
