Could not find XML file

Hi,

I have converted the tar.gz to zip and then tried so install Swedish language, but gets the error message "Could not find XML file". Is it a permission issue? Can someone tell which catalog that nees to be set to 755 or tell me what else I should do to get it working.

It may not have an xml file - in which case just unzip locally and upload the files to the Joomla language folders (not the Jevents language folders).
