I still look here in forum, but i found no solution for my Problem. Question was if it was possible with jEvents / RSVPro in a Usecase like you Conference http://beach.jeventsdemo.net/ that the users could choose - while creating the request - her personal plan in the conference agenda.
Thats meas f.e. that he could not made a booking of two sessions in the same timeslot?
And also that the event-management can see with Agenda Slot was overbooked (and must be hide) and wich not?
Was that possible?

Problem was that there are two Timeslots (10-12:00 and 14-16:00) and 4Themes for every slot.
So now attendee should check in for both Timeslots in a Theme. And the Organisation should see if a theme in a timeslot has to much attendees (room capacity).
Second Problem in that specific Case, was that both Timeslots will have the same set of Themes and a perfect solution will - after attendee decide to choose Theme 2 in first Timeslot - hide then for second will only Theme 1,3,4 present.
So now attendee should check in for both Timeslots in a Theme. And the Organisation should see if a theme in a timeslot has to much attendees (room capacity).

So create two select lists.
1. 10-12:00 with a option of ---- Availability ---- and set another option as capacity: 1 session
Set required
Do the same for the 14-16:00
For the second problem. You can then create 4 boolean fields yes/no and say the theme and allow doing each theme and conditional the other fields based on these?
