Checkbox Preticked - How To Force Unticked?

Hiya,

I have added a check box to a registration template so registrants can agree to terms, set up as the attached picture.

How can I set it to not pre-tick the checkbox?

OK, I am causing trouble again!

The option seems to save on some templates and not others...

Tony,

I am changing the layout of the forms, so these specific checkboxes will not be used, however, why some save and some don'p probably needs a peek and I will change the 2 examples last.

Can you try adding an other option set as default and save, then delete this?

If it's checked again, it maybe that we are selecting the first as default. But we shouldn't be ticking it in the frontend. Once you let me know the outcome I check with Geraint on the best approach for a solution.
