Greetings,
I have events that are in the following format: YY-MM-DD and in the FAQ's I only see DD/MM/YY, is it possible to create this new custom one?

Thanks!

can you please ellaborate a bit? We are fully compatible with all date formats accepted in PHP (and even more!!!)

Is this for importing events, event edit screen or for showing your events?

My calendar has the dates like this: 2018-06-23 and in your docs I don't see where I can modify it to accept them. Because right now, all events switch back to 1969 if I import them.

Cheers!

There, you can see the dates in the file before import, after and if I go and edit it.

Cheers!

I think this is an issue with the Joomla! Calendar field. As a test can you set times on the events and import? when you edit does it then work as expected?

Can you provide a copy of your CSV so we can run some tests?

Many thanks
Tony

Hi Tony,

Like I said in another thread there are permission issues when I edit an event.

Where can I send you the CSV file? I don't want to put it here since it is public.

Cheers!

GroovyMotion Also I have noticed your RRULE field is not correct. That field should have the repetion rule for an event with repeats and in your case it seems to specify the type of event... Not sure if the issue might be related. Can you please leave that column empty and check?

Ok, I deleted all the JEvents related tables in the db, uninstalled JEvents, reinstalled, imported the CSV with the RRULE empty and it works! I can now change/edit/delete events! :)

But my question is, how do I use my events category since RRULE is empty? Also, We don't have any repeat event because they are all separate seessions.

Thanks!

Hello,

What do you mean by 'how do I use my events category since RRULE is empty' ? RRULE is only needed for repeating events.

Many thanks
Tony

Hi Tony,
maybe I didn't understand RRULE. Does it stand for repetition rule? If so, then yes I should set it to empty.

Cheers!
