Cannot use 3.6.13 - Gets kicked out to main web page when trying to edit in Joomla

After upgrading to V 3.6.13 JEevents is unusable. Any action I take kick me out of Joomla to my main website. I can not add or edit anything.

Can I get super user logins please and how to replicate the issue?
