Just homepage is loading. any further klick gives 0-call.

re missing filter message - I'm guessing you are using the development version of Managed Locations - I've just updated the file in the post. Can you install the new version and try again.
The error message relates to the RegularLabs library - I don't believe its a method called by JEvents or any or the club addons. Perhaps you could try disabling your RegularLabs plugins to see which is causing the problem?
