Hi, I'm using v3.2.21 and Joomla 3.4.5.

Added events which lay more then 4 months away do not show up in the frontend. Today is the 6th of dec and when I add an event the 6th of april there is no problem. It shows as it should but an added event for the 7th of april does not show up.
Somehow a timelimit is occuring. Anyone suggestions to solve this?

Hello Arjan,

In the JEvents Config you have a year range from and to. You need to increase the to part.

Many thanks

Hi, I had that already set to 2017 from the start and it is no problem to add events until 6th of april 2016. Somehow there is a 4 months limit here I can't get rid of :( .

Hi again, I did an update to Jevents 3.4.4 and maximised error reporting in global config (see file). I still get only a white page after clicking Support Info in the Jevents Control Panel.

I've been working with Joomla several years so I have some experience but not so much with Jevents. Is there another setting I might have overlooked? (screen2 shows the the year view 2015-2017)

Regards
Arjan

If you get a white screen with max error reporting you should check the server error logs - it could be the webhost is setup to always send error messages there

I contacted the host or can you tell me where I can find the server error logs?

I received an answer from the host and their reply was that they don't hold such logs unfortunately.
They recommend to activate the debug option in Joomla config-file from this:

public $debug = '0'; to

public $debug = '1'; but I don't see how that can help me. Can I not give you admin access?

Unfortunately we can't afford to offer that level of support to non-members. Sorry.

$debug = 1;

will not show any php errors - its internal Joomla debug information only. Its setting

public $error_reporting = 'maximum';

that may help - but that is what I asked you to do earlier which didn't help.

Ok, is there an easy way to save all the events and upload them after a reinstall? In that case I can do a new install and see if the problem still exists

Do an iCal Export to and iCal file and then reimport again.

Ok, thank you for your help. If I would buy a membership and give you access would you then be able to fix this problem?

Definitely - a bronze membership would be fine.

In your "Kalendarium" menu item in the 'options' tab you have set a 'relative' date range to show events from -1w to +4m

I changed this to -1w to +4y

Now the events for the next 4 years show up
