This occurs in multi day events when start time and end time are the same.

Eg. on the site I admin two events where dates were showing but not time of day. I noticed they both started and ended at 16:00. I set one of them to end at 16:01, and now time of day displays correctly for that event.

In which context? Latest events module, event detail etc?

Also what custom layout are you using to control the display?

Sorry I didn't add detail.

This is monthly, weekly and detail view.
"ext" Jevents theme .
Cassiopeia joomla template.

I reproduced it on your demo site:

https://www.jeventsdemo.net/all-events/eventdetail/76358/-/aardvark-dance-recital

Starts at 5/7 8:00 and ends at 6/7 8:00. No time of day displayed. Change one of them to 8:01. Both times displayed.

Monthly and detail view.

"ext" Jevents theme.

No custom css or template override.

As far as I can see I can reproduce it on your demo site:

https://www.jeventsdemo.net/all-events/eventdetail/76358/-/aardvark-dance-recital

Events starts at 8:00, ends next day at 8:00. Neither time is displayed. Change end time to 8:01, both time of days are displayed.
