Anonymous User can't select or add location

Hi - I am trying to set up Anonymous User event creation. I have the Anonymous User plugin installed and turned on and the form shows up when going to Add Event from the front end. But when you try to select a location, the popup box is greyed out. Any suggestions?

You can see what I'm seeing by going to this page, scrolling to the bottom of the page, and clicking Add Event.

JEvents 3.4.44 Stable
Joomla 3.8.5
Anonymous User plugin installed
Managed Locations plugin installed
Any thoughts on this? I am trying to launch this today and I can't see what I've done incorrectly in setup. I have enabled Edit permissions in the location Permissions tab and also selected YES to the Anonymous User items under the More Creation Options tab.

Hello,

So you need to allow public to select locations within the JEvents Managed Locations configuration. That should do it.

Hi Tony - In the JEvents Location Manager configuration I have Create and Create Global/Common/Shared Locations to Public. Is there somewhere else I should be setting these permissions?

The grey out sounds like a CSS issue. Can you provide super user logins and how to replicate it here?
