I'm using Admin tools on a JEvents-powered website. Whenever editing events, I am banned because of repeating login failure errors. This happens whenever I hit the "Save and close" or "Cancel" buttons in the "Edit event" screen. It's really annoying. The Admin tools logs read "Login failure - https://www.eau-lou.be/administrator/templates/isis/favicon.ico". Strange, but really problematic. Can you look into it? Thanks !
Hello,

Does it work if you disable admintools? I use admintools of many sites without issues with JEvents.

If you look at your WAF Exceptions what does it list?

Many thanks

Steps to reproduce :
1. Login
2. Go to Jevents, Events List
3. Click on an event to edit
4. Save and close
5. Repeat 3-4 three times, you're blacklisted.

Admin Tools log reads : "Login failure - https://www.eau-lou.be/administrator/templates/isis/favicon.ico" as mentionned.

I just saved and closed an event 10 times without any issues at all on your site?

Can you try a different browser.

Many thanks

While you were trying, I received several alerts. But I was also working and I did change a few things in the .htaccess. So I might have solved the problem while doing that. So far so good, I also just tried to edit and save a few times, and got no more alerts !

Well, it seems it was my fault and my htaccess was incorrect.

Really sorry for the inconvenience…
