Hi,
Is there a feature / add-on to subscribe / add the published JEvents calendar to individuals own personal calendars ?
Google Cal, iCAl, Outlook etc?

Yes in the event detail layout there is a button which opens a popup to do this. Or you can create an iCal Export menu item so user's can subscribe to the whole calendar
