Hi. When you click on an event from the Latest Events Module we get a 403 error mentioning 644 permissions. When you click on the event from the calendar it works fine. You can see on our home page

http://www.101surfsports.com - Scroll down and click on any link in the Latest Events Module.

Clicking on events in the calendar works fine.

We have been using this software for years and love it. We just created a new calendar and that is when problems started showing. We are on the latest version of Jevents - and PHP 5.6 on a Joomla 2x install at the latest version.

Thanks ahead of time for any help.
Somewhat Resolved. This is some problem with the categories and then messing with the SEF system in Jevents. After removing all categories from the modules it started working. I then readded the categories and the work. Part of it is also the CATEGORY ID display setting under the SEF URL. Now everything works except the view full calendar links

Also the Target Menu Item setting can not be blank.

Will keep hacking at it.

Hello,

The target menu item setting can be blank, but it will just default to a menu item it can find. The problem above happens, when it finds a target menu item which cannot show the event due to it's restrictions. To avoid this, you set the target menu item to a menu item that can see all events.

It is good practice to have a global url where everything can be viewed from, then when clicking into the event details for any modules etc you would then be navigated to this base url.

Many thanks
Tony
