Hello Irina,

This is likely because you have enabled JEvents Authorised User mode within the JEvents configuration -> permissions but have not added yourself as an authorised user. Unless you need Authorised User Mode, just disable it and use joomla ACL.

Many thanks
Tony

Hi Tony,
I added authorized user, made sure it is the same in events, categories, etc. and still could not modify migrated events. So, I deleted JEvents and re-installed. Now I cannot add events getting error ×
Error
PROBLEMS_STORING_EVENT_DETAIL

Checked directories and permissions are 0755
What am I doing wrong?

Hello Irina,

Can you please try disabling JEvents Authorised User Mode within: JEvents -> Configuration -> Permissions.

Many thanks

It is disabled, however name of superuser is still selected in the drop-down and I cannot change that:

Same errors on "save and close" new event; if I just try to save it the error says:
0 Call to a member function rp_id() on null

Please, advise,
Irina

After forcing permissions into "allowed" state for super user and save - an orphan category with list of events re-appeared in the manage events section. I cannot modify them and I cannot remove them (403 error):

It sounds like you have a bit of a messed up Joomla! ACL.

Can you please provide super user logins and I'll take a quick look for you.

Many thanks

No problem, Ok I have reset that database for you now back to a fresh install with the Unadilla Events category. You should be able to add them now.
