0 Unable to load Cache Storage: vmfile

This isn't a JEvents issue. vmfile sounds like virtuemart. But given you cannot write files I would contact your host.

I fixed it,

Inside the ftp, there is the configuration.php inside the folder joomla. Then I changed a line from "vmfile" to "file". Now, everything is working normaly.
