We have just migrated from Joomla 3.10.11 to 4.2.5. Now the start page with the modules from "JEvents - Latest Events Module" does not work. As soon as we select the modules the error message "0 Class 'JEventDispatcher' not found" appears. The calendar itself works without problems.
JEvents: 3.6.43
Theme: YOOtheme incl. ZOO and Widgetkit (latest versions)
PHP: 8.0
Unfortunately we don't know what we have to adjust to make the start page work again with these modules.

I suspect you may have a template override that needs updating. There are no references in JEvents to JEventsDispatcher apart from in the finder plugin and then in a file that is specifically only loaded in Joomla 3
