I installed JEvents 3.4.47 on Joomla 3.8.8. My problem is that when I go to the calendar with the mouse on an Evend, the pop-up window will open, but do not close it

Please can you try with the default Joomla! Protostar template? Does it work then? If so it's something your template is doing to case this issue.
