I see where you can require users to pay to create events but can I create Events both 1 time and reoccurring that people must pay to attend? I'm guessing I need an actual shopping cart but I'd like to sell summer camp enrollment in different increments (July, August, All Summer) as well as 1 day tennis tournaments. Will any of your add-ons accomplish this or do you have a suggestion. Thanks for your advice.

From what I understand from you message, is that you want to allow users to register for an event is that correct?
If so with RSVP Pro, you can indeed create registration sessions for single events for a group of repeating events and for each repeating event.
The standard functionality of RSVP Pro does not include a cart. However, with Virtuemart integration you can include a cart which may meet your requirements?
