I want to use RSVP Pro, so that registered users can register to attend an event. However I would also like to use it so that members of our organisation (user group "members") can register to be responsible for arranging he event. Is that possible ?
It is possible if they are also marked as the 'creator' of the event - one organiser/creator per event

Thank's a lot Geraint. My intention was that I create events, and then my organisation colleagues could sign up to organize it -at the same time as guests could sign up to attend. Would it be possible in the event to create a field that is hidden to the guests (in forms, lists etc), in which my colleagues, could simply write their names ?

Would you be able to allow your colleages to edit events? If so then they could edit the event and change the creator to be themselves.

No. My point is that somebody need to volunteer to make coffee, another to welcome the guests, and so on -so I need more than one volunteer. Typically a team of 4-5 people would work together to setup an event. It was my intention to use JEvents to make colleagues sign up for this. Any further ideas ?
