I purchased a Joomla template from templatemonster. I Installed the template and everything went well. I installed jevents and its high in the navigation menu. I contacted the author of the template on july 3rd, 7th, 11th, and even filed a complaint with templatemonster considering I paid for 6 months of additional support. But they keep directing me to the author. Any guidance or assistance that anyone can give with resolving this issue would be forever appreciated

Can you provide a link please? We should be able to provide some CSS. It looks like your theme isn't applying a top header margin.
