Hi experts,

I would like to create my own template, wich should be comületely different to the preinstalled ones.
So I copied the default folder and renamed it to play around with it a bit to learn.

But it won't work.
I can select the new template-name, but I get only empty sites or failure.

What do I hve to do with the copy of the default-folder to make it work?

Thanks and regards,
Berndi

Its better to base your new theme one of the others e.g. 'geraint' or one of the club themes. The problem with the "default" theme is that includes lots of code you won't need in your theme and can inherit via the class structure.

You need to rename the folders and class names in the files for your theme to work.
