Hi I have created a website with a slider presentation and the client would like the latest events to appear in the slider. The slider allows quite a bit of text, image and even video insertion but I need to know if there is any code that can insert the 3 nearest up and coming events into this slider presentation.

You could just include the Latest JEvents Module? i.e. {loadpositon my_mod}
and put the latest jevents module in 'my_mod' position.
This will only work if the slider allows loading modules.
