I am having problem with exporting calendar to ical.

I have 2 categories:

1. Public Holidays - which only myself can add and manage these events
2. College's Event - which all member of staff can add in any events

When I export the calendar to ical

1. All events in Public Holiday are listed on the calendar perfectly
2. For College's Event, only events with multiple days are shown but not for single days' events

Any idea?

Unfortunately, it is an intranet portal so it can't be accessed from outside but below is the screenshot of the calendar on the site and calendar on outlook after I exported it.

I did some test and I found that events that is not appeared on the exported iCal (in Outlook) are the events that we specified the start and end times. Those that we didn't set the start and end times, will appeared on the exported iCal.

Any idea?

Hello,

What version of Outlook? You can sepicifiy outlook compatibility in the JEvents iCal Import/Export of the JEvents config.

Did you try the specification of outlook support in the JEvents Config?

Thanks

Hi Tony

You mean the 'Add special export for Outlook 2203' option for export menu? Yes, I did try both No and Yes for option for that but its gave the same results.

Any workaround with this?

Hello,

2. For multiday event spanning this is supported in our Club Layouts. I can't see any other problem? All events appear to be there but multi-day events show on each day and are not spanning across.

Many thanks
Tony
