I want to repeat an Events monthly using JEvents

I tried repeating an event on JEvents but it is not displaying on the frontpage, kindly furnish me with the steps on how to repeat and event.
have attached what i tried doing to this request.

Is the event not showing or the repeats?

Is the menu item restricted to certain categories?

The events only show for the first month and not showing for the other months, it suppose to repeat the events monthly.

I would try a smaller number of repeats that 999 - maybe go for just 99

Then click the icon in the repeats column next to the event in the list of events in the backend of JEvents
