Moin,

I noticed that I can no longer view individual calendars (categories) by clicking on them. This is browser and OS independent. It always generates this link: https://www.gtv-bremerhaven.de/der-gtv/kalender/monatskalender/2025/3/-.html

The URLs don't have the categories in them

Can you temporarily disable SEF URLs and the tell me what these URLs look like 'raw'. Then we can see if its the SEF system or the underlying URL that is causing your problem

I have exactly the identical problem; it used to work for years, but I noticed the issue only a few days ago.

In the monthly display:
jEvents_Monthly_Display.jpg
I try to select one of the categories below.

If I switch off SEF URLs, I get URLs like this:
https://systemtest.neudorf-mkk.de/index.php?option=com_jevents&catids=42&Itemid=202&task=month.calendar&year=2025&month=04&day=23
https://systemtest.neudorf-mkk.de/index.php?option=com_jevents&catids=31&Itemid=202&task=month.calendar&year=2025&month=04&day=23

If I switch on SEF URLs, I get this URL, regardless of category:
https://systemtest.neudorf-mkk.de/veranstaltungskalender/Monatskalender/2025/4/-.html

Therefore, category selection is no longer working.

I'm on J5.3.0, PHP 8.3.20, jEvents 3.6.89

Sorry for the late reply. Apparently there's no solution to the problem, right?

There will be a new release with a fix for this on Monday - in the meantime please replace components/com_jevents/router.php with this version
