Before I buy JEvents,
I have a question please: How could I add the other language, like German or Spanish... example.
I had downloaded it and installed it in Joomla. But now? ... where is it?

did you install the language packs from https://www.jevents.net/download-area/translation and install there - Joomla should use them automatically
