I have tried make a greek translation for JEvents 1.5.0 version.
First I download and edited the en-GB file and translated some of the text to greek. Then I renamed the files to el-GR.com_jevents.ini and copied it to "/language/el-GR". I also tried the Translation Manager extension. But JEvents would not load/display the greek translation? What am I doing wrong?
Language files need to be in hte Joomla language folders - is that where you put it?

Yes, the language file was in the right folder but there was something wrong with joomla using the greek translation to the site.
I don't know what it was, but I turn on the legacy plugin and know everything is fine!

Thank you for your reply!
