We are looking at signing up to the gold club for our youth group. We would just like to ask a couple of questions:
1) We run an online calendar for our members to add events onto. When they add the event we would like them to select if they need to use the hall and to select if they need to use our van. We would also like our bookings manager to be able to add book out the hall for other groups but not appear on our calendar. We also need to have a function so we cant double book the hall/van.
2) Run a volunteers sign up. For example we run a summer fair and need 5 volunteers to sign up to it. Can we create a calendar to allow sign up by the volunteers?
