Gantry 5 and jevents.

Hello

I am trying to build a website for a running club which need a calendar .
I decided to build it using Latest Joomla with Gantry 5 and Hidrogen Gantry 5 theme.

I think that Jevent should be perfect to create a running calendar so I installed the
Jevent in my Joomla .

Now... my doubts are

- I can see how to configure Jevent , however I can't find a way to enter events .
How should I enter event ?
- How to create a Jevent Gantry Particle for Gantry 5 ?

I am fairly new to Joomla and new to Jevent so I hope you understand my questions.

Hello Dan,

Welcome to JEvents!

1. You click the Manage Events from the JEvents Backend Admin menu? and then click 'New'. Or you can create a JEvents Frontend Manage Events Menu item and do it via the frontend, alternatively you can also just click 'Add Event' at the bottom of any JEvents view.

2. I'm not sure I follow? I am not familiar with Gantry 5.

Thank you. When I login in Joomla Admin I can't see the "JEvents Backend Admin menu" . Which is the link to open it please ?

ok I set permission to administrator and now I can see it .
