Hi,
I have a problem with the date format in the last module event I managed to change the time in 24-hour format, but the timing and the tool tip format remains in 12h. When I created an event, I uncheck 12h and I put 16h(ex), but when I return to the 12h event remains checked and the time remaining to 12h
An idea?

When changing the format in event editing it's just to allow the user to understand better how to input the date/time. It has no reflection on frontend input.
Did you see:

And also, in:
JEvents -> Configuration -> Event Editing:
Use 12hr time Format
and
Event editing date format
