Greetings,
I'm very interested in the Silver subscription. However, when it comes to the Email Notification plugin - when a user creates an event, for instance, and it is approved, can I set an automatic email to be sent out to all registered users or will I have to manually send an email notification?

It's all automatic! :-). You just need to setup a cronjob.
