Hello,
I've downloaded the Dutch translation package and installed it via: system/install/extensions
But the frontside of the website does not change in Dutch. (website language is also set on Dutch)

What can I do?

Rene
I use: JEvents v3.6.77 Stable
Joomla 5.0.1

I have the same problem: migrated from Joomla 3.10.12 tot Joomla 4.4.1 and reinstalled Jevents 3.6.77 and Dutch translation 3.20180109 but no Dutch names for weekdays or names of months Worked fine on Joomla 3.10.12.
I would appreciate any help.
Regards,
Bart

@Jpeters: I guess the translation is done by google translate. I found some mistakes in that:

- "close" is translated in "dichtbij" this must be "sluiten"
- "Jevents" is translated unnecessary
- "till" is translated in "naar" must be "tot"

hello,
i use a extention translater plugin that uses translate.google for translation automaticly.

translation is for the core more than fine.. okay, some translations are incorrrect.
the developer of the translation plugin is working to integrete deepl for better translation.

i will see if i can adjust your suggestions.. but the are a lot of files .. so manual translation is not a option.
you can always use joomla translation override to arrange what you want in de meantime.

iff i can make it i will post a newer version of the pack

I installed Dutch language pack v.2.02. All menu's are now in Dutch, but names of months and weekdays are still English. I'll attach a screen print. Can anything be done to have these in Dutch? Regards, Bart

Right! Johan (jpeters) told me the same: front end language settings were not correct.
It now shows Dutch names for names of months and weekdays.
Thanks!
