Custom Layouts edit screen and JCE

Hi Chaps,
I use JCE as my editor and I have noticed that when editing my custom layouts the code edit box is very small and I am unable to resize it. It has been this way for a while now but has never been a problem as I just enter full screen. However, Now when I enter full screen and all I get is a blank page.
I am not sure if the issue is with you or JCE or a combination of both but as I only get this problem within custom layouts I thought I would start here.
BTW, the problem does NOT show with TinyMCE

Sorry, She that will be obeyed called me away in the middle of that last post.

After clearing the site cache I can see that you have made some changes, unfortunately it has made the code edit window smaller and if I go into full screen the display is still blank.
