custom field fype jevcflist if no selection always the first entry is stored

Hello,

I have a problem with a user-defined field type jevlist, if no selection should have no value stored in the element. But if no selection is made, the first entry is always saved. Attached is the configuration of the field. Does anyone know where the problem could be?

Please unzip and upload this file to plugins/jevents/jevcustomfields/customfields/ and it will offer you a new input field for the list field. You can set 'hidden value' - so that if the value of the field matches this then it will not output anything. In your case set it to -1
